Catch.com's policy is to furnish timely and accurate billing information as well as effective payment options to our customers. Billing and payment services are delivered electronically through Catch's online billing and payment service, Recurly, as well as through mobile payment services offered by Apple iTunes App Store and Google Play.
Catch.com offers in-app purchases through Google Checkout and Apple iTunes App Store. Purchases made through either of these services are subject to the terms established by Apple and Google.
Catch.com also offers several subscription plans to fit your information needs, including both free accounts and paid ("Premium") subscription options.
Premium Subscriptions are offered at two service levels with different limitations ("Catch Pro" and "Catch Premier"), each available on a monthly and annual basis.
The features and limitations of Free Accounts and Premium Subscriptions are provided at Catch.com's sole discretion.
Purchasing Subscriptions and Changing Your Plan
Subscriptions are available for Free Accounts through both Internet and Mobile payment systems. However, changes are restricted depending on where the subscription is initially purchased.
- Subscribers who purchase Premium Subscriptions via Google Checkout are not able to change frequency or switch plan tiers, but are able to cancel the subscription at any time.
- Subscribers who purchase Premium Subscriptions via Catch.com are able to change frequency of payments, can change between plan tiers (Catch Pro vs Catch Premier), and can cancel the subscription at any time.
Impact on Content
When your account is downgraded at the end of your prepaid period, you will not lose content that you added, but you will not be able to add more content until you are within the limits of your current tier. In other words, if you have an annual Catch Pro subscription with 10 (ten) shared spaces and you cancel, becoming a Free Account holder, you will be limited to five (5) shared spaces unless you upgrade again, purchase spaces singly through iTunes or Google Play, or earn free ones through the Catch Referral Program.
Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions Purchased Through Catch.com
For information on managing your subscription purchased through Google Play please visit their support center.
Subscriptions are purchased through Catch.com on a prepaid basis, either monthly or annual. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period for another term.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the same date of each month (e.g. the 10th of each month), beginning on the one-month anniversary of the day you purchase your Catch subscription (the Renewal Date).
Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year on the one-year anniversary of the day you subscribe or upgrade from a monthly plan (the Renewal Date).
You agree we may automatically renew your subscription on the Renewal Date until you cancel your subscription.
Notice of Automatic Renewal - Annual Subscriptions
Catch will send you an email in the month prior to the Renewal Date to remind you that your current subscription term is about to end. The email will let you know your Renewal Date when you will be charged. To avoid being charged you must cancel your account prior to the Renewal Date.
Payment and Price
The renewal payment is due on the Renewal Date, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on record. You may update your credit card and other billing information at any time. The renewal price will be the same as in the prior period unless Catch gives you advance notice of a price change.
All fees and charges are non-refundable unless you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial subscription date or the Renewal Date. At the end of the 30-day period your annual subscription payment is non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods for monthly or annual subscriptions.
Additional Fees and Considerations
Catch.com may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your "Account" page at catch.recurly.com, or by updating your credit card information on file with Apple iTunes or Google Checkout.
If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of Catch constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
